Recipients may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
For assistance, recipients may reply HELP or contact Trackerhound support.
User Responsibilities
Offices using Trackerhound are responsible for ensuring that document requests are lawful, relevant, and appropriate for their business operations. Trackerhound acts solely as an automation and delivery platform and does not independently determine the content or necessity of requests.
Customer Content
You retain responsibility for the documents, contact information, requirements, and other content you submit to Trackerhound. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content in connection with the service.
You grant Trackerhound permission to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content only as needed to provide, maintain, and support the service.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Trackerhound to violate applicable law, send deceptive or unlawful communications, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or access data or accounts without authorization.
No Marketing Use
Trackerhound may not be used to send unsolicited marketing, promotional, or non-operational messages. Any such use is a violation of these terms and may result in suspension or termination of service.
Availability and Disclaimers
Trackerhound is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error free, or suitable for every workflow. AI-assisted review is intended to help teams review submissions and must be verified by a qualified person before a decision is made.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Trackerhound when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or third parties, or when these Terms are violated. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes to These Terms
Trackerhound may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
